He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Winn and Dorothy Rhodes Winn; and his siblings, Barry Winn, Velma Mills, Sheryel Ewing, Penny Cozart and Cynthia Winn.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughter Angela Winn; and his grandchildren, Dreshawn, Caitlyn Winn and Tamara Rivers. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the American Legion (9459 Fort Caroline Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32225).
