He is survived by: his daughter Xuan Rutter Breaux (Jeffrey Breaux); his grandchildren, Chung Rutter (Karen Henry Rutter) and Charlotte Rutter Prom Ashby (Conrad Ashby); his great grandchild Thomas Rutter; and his grandchildren, Ryan Breaux, Jordan Cavatto-Rutter (Vincent Cavatto-Rutter) and James Rutter.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to Community Hospice and/or The American Cancer Society.
