She was predeceased by: her father Robert Emmett; her siblings, Robert, Thomas Foran (Patty) and Mary Lou Pesa (William); and her niece Karen Pesa.
She is survived by: her mother Della Bridgett Devaney Foran; her husband Theodore Kumik; her daughters, Jennifer (Anthony), Bridgett (Corey) and Tara (Chris); her grandchildren, Dylan, Olivia, Ross, Ryan, Jillian, Chloe, Riley and Michael; her sister Nancy Broderick (Thomas); and her pet Skylar. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 1:45 PM at the San Jose Catholic Church (3619 Toledo Rd a, Jacksonville, FL 32217). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Kathy's memory may be made to the San Jose Catholic Church, honoring her commitment to her faith and community.
