She is survived by: her daughters, Haley Mackey of Jacksonville, FL and Kimberly Duncan (Travis) of Starke, FL; and her brothers, Eddie Johnston (Debi) of Jacksonville, FL and Jimmy Johnston (Theresa) of Middleburg, FL. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
