It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn S. Duncan of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Big Stone Gap, Virginia, who passed away on March 7, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Dale; her brother David Shupe; her father-in-law George Duncan; her sister-in-law Lyn Moon (Perry); and her nieces, Ashley Lowe (Jason), Lindsey Lawson (Jason) and Katie Shupe.
