Evans, Jr. of Macon, Georgia; her cousins, Evelyn Benson of Philadelphia, Sean Hawkins of Philadelphia, Anita Powers of Philadelphia, Valencia Rivera (Ted), Shannon Daniels (Monica) and Judy Carrol (Joe); and her caregivers, Alesa Motes, Antionette Singleton, Casie Coles, Marcie, Deborah Richardson and Dr. Karen Fleck.
