A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Funeral Home Chapel (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206). A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
