It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie A. Badger (Jacksonville, Florida), born in Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Garfield McDuffey and Althea Badie McDuffey; and her son Brian L. Badger. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Solomon L. Badger, III; her sons, Cal W. Walton (Veronica), Roosevelt Holmes, Dr. L. Michael Badger (Maddelyne) and Royce Boddie Badger (Wilma); her grandchildren, Marcus, Cal III, Brian, Javan, Tara, Alana, Royce, Bryce, Alexis and Adrian; her brothers, James Freeland McDuffey and Joseph Franklin McDuffey (Jocelyn); her niece Laura Lavender; her uncle Peter Badie, Jr.; and her cousin Ronald Johnson. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
