She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Abbott and Sallie Abbott; her husband Harold Smith; her children, Randolph Smith and Nancy Smith May; her grandsons, Leonard May, Jr., Clyde Smith, Jr., Scott Singley and Mitchell Smith; and her siblings, Mildred, Wilhelmina, Amelia, Leonard and Earl.
She is survived by: her children, Clyde Smith (Joann), Mike Smith, Wayne Smith, David Smith (Kathy), Doug Smith (Pam) and Alice Smith Stephens. She is also survived by 23 grandkids, 41 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
