It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Musser of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Herrin, Illinois, who passed away on October 11, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Katie Mae and William Ogle Woods; her husband Donald H. Musser; and her children, Cheryl Brafford (David Brafford), William Musser (Linda Musser), Mariann Bird (Ronald Bird) and Donna Cullum. She was also cherished by her five grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
