He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Ulch; and his sister Joyce Coffin of Belle Plaine, IA.. He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Ulch (Lori) of Jacksonville and Susan O'Brien (Bob) of Fort Pierce; his grandsons, Michael and Brandon O'Brien; and his siblings, Janyce Pohlmann (Howard) of Keystone, IA and Terry Ulch (Gloria) of Belle Plaine, IA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
It was JB's wish that any memorial tributes be considered as a donation to the Jacksonville Humane Society.
