He is survived by: his parents, Jeremy DeRyk and Rachel DeRyk; his siblings, Michael DeRyk, Mary and Faith DeRyk; his grandfather William DeRyk (Bill); his stepgrandmother Ruth DeRyk; his grandparents, Christopher Newhouse (Chris) and Caryn Moore; and his stepgrandfather William Moore (Bill).
