With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Martin Romero in Jacksonville, Florida, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on November 1, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Romero and John Romero Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Romero; his children, Billy, Scott, Teresa, Anthony, John, Philip, Brenda, Karen and Michael; and his siblings, George, Hector, Joanne, Rosemarie, Nedia, Joseph, Laura and Michelle. He is also survived by his 22 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, his family and friends.
