He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Elmer Moore and Callie Lusk Moore; his wife Polly; and his siblings, Tom, Jud, Doug Moore, Connie Moore and Chattie Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Moore (Tracy), John Moore (Patricia), Kathy Mizell and Richard Bocher (Tammy); his sisters, Dana Gibson (Ronnie), Ida Parks Moore and Jessie Sheffield; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Lorilei, Allison, Lydia, Phillip, Jr., Roland, John Matthew, Christopher, Brian, Heather, Shawn, Ronnie, Justin, Kayla, Ashley and Joe.
