We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2022, at the age of 82, John Howard Hart of Jacksonville, Florida, born in Thomasville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Knowlton Hart and Hazel Loretta Aikens Hart; and his siblings, Helen Hutchinson and Harold Hart. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hart; his children, Malcolm Hart and Carroll Castro (Bill); his brother Wiley Hart; his grandchildren, Abby Hart, Whitney Hart and Cody Hart; and his great grandchildren, Mylz Keuthan, Myla Kuethan and Ty Erikson.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that contributions be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida in his memory.
