He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Lauren McHose (Don), Judy Peters (Gib), Cindy Fleshman, Nancy Carpenter, Kelly Mason, Thomas Mason, Bobby Fleshman (Kim) and Eric Tommerdahl.
