He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Wilson and Vera Wilson (Thomas); and his brothers, Reuben Wilson, Vardry Wilson, Marvin Wilson and Thompy Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Jo'Ann Wilson; and his siblings, James Wilson and Martha Marcucci. He is also survived by eight children; nineteen grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Calendar First Baptist Church (124 W Ashley St, Jacksonville, FL 32202). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (125 W Ashley St, Jacksonville, FL 32202). A reception will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar First Baptist Church (124 W Ashley St, Jacksonville, FL 32202). A committal service will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
