He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lewis Taylor and Sallie Mae Spell Taylor; his siblings, Saralyn Patricia Taylor Young, Frank L. Taylor, Jr. and James W. Taylor, Sr.; and his significant other Patricia Eng. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
