She was predeceased by: her parent Ira; her husband Verl; her sons, Scott and Brad; and her sister Barbara Hardee.

She is survived by: her niece Cindy; her nephew Jim; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alden, Noah, Eden, Trey and John; and her grandson Seth Hay.

In consideration of everyone, we will not gather due to COVID 19.

In lieu of flowers she requested donations to be made to the First Baptist Church of Jacksonville!

“There must have been a typo on the surviving relatives because I am the surviving daughter-in-law to Joanne D. Moser. I am her eldest son, Scott Moser's widowed wife, Barbara J. Lepper. Joanne and I shared so many ups and downs. She always said: "We are the Naomi and Ruth" in the bible. I concurred. Our last words on the phone were, I LOVE YOU!”
