She is survived by: her daughter Holly Putnam Rose of Morgantown, WV; her grandchildren, Misty Exley of Jacksonville, FL, Sabrina Tossone of Jacksonville, FL, Avery Anjard of Morgantown, WV and David Bolinger of Jacksonville, FL; her great grandchildren, Hanny Exley, Jackonsville and Donny Stables; and her great great grandchildren, Kamari Goodman, Kameron Goodman and Donny Stables.
