He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lane and Geraldine West. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lane; his children, Jack Lane (Bethany) and Ashley Allen (Michael); and his grandchildren, Paisley Crosby, Michael Allen Jr., Joshua Allen and Barrett Allen.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made to Murray Hill Theatre in Jimmys honor.
