He is survived by: his siblings, Dick, Jack and Pat; his daughter Amanda Leigh Kirkhart-Betz; his son-in-law Walter Betz (Fred Peggs) of Jacksonville, FL; his sister Debbie Peggs; his pet Kirby; and also Bettie Kirkhart of Jacksonville. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
