He is survived by: his wife Katherine Neal 'Libby White of Jacksonville, FL; his children, Michelle Roach (Wesley) of Jacksonville, FL and Michael White (Kelley) of Mansfield, GA; his brother Otis White, Jr. (Luz Merizalde) of Sharpsburg, GA; his brother-in-law Herman Thomas Neal (Becky) of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandchildren, Drew Roach, Jordan Roach, Brooke White, Autumn White, Savannah White and Charlotte White. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
