He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Bludsworth and Dorothy Bludsworth; his brother Randy Bludsworth; and his daughter Brandy Bludsworth Church. He is survived by: his son Brock Bludsworth; his grandchildren, Brooklin Bludsworth, Alyssa Church, Malorie Bludsworth and Nicholas Ebin Church; his great grandchildren, Mila Anito and Jayde Robertson; his brother Steve Bludsworth; and his nephews, Jason and Jared Bludsworth.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 4200 Georgetown Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32210.
