He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bruce and Bertie Mae Coleman; his former wife Patsy Gail Coleman; and his sons, Bruce Eugene and Jerrell C. Coleman, Jr..
He is survived by: his sister Lavern Denmark (James Coleman); his wife Kathy Coleman; and his daughters, Debra Gail Petrocine and Vicki Boegli. He is also survived by two brothers, one sister, three sister-in-laws, several nephews, nieces, seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Westside Baptist Church (7775 Herlong Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32210). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hollywood Memorial Gardens (3001 N 72nd Ave, Hollywood, FL 33024).
