He was predeceased by: his mother Sonja P. Ousley; and his grandparents, Joe Lewis Ousley, Mary Byrd, Paul Brown and Patricia Brown.
He is survived by: his father Vincent J. Ousley Sr.; his aunts, Jappe Williams and Paula Brown; his children, Morgan Ousley and Sherika Bartley; his stepmother Mosezella Ousley; his siblings, VIncent J. Ousley Jr., Shawn Turner, Mario Davis, Bradley, Lawrence Tillman, Lakeysa Tillman and Ellexia Norris; and his cousin Tynisha Williams. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many sorrowing friends.
