He is survived by: his parents, Doris Santiago and Luis Cruz; his siblings, Joe, Jimmy, Awilda, Cristina Cruz and Jennifer Hernandez; his close friend Jasmine Kuhn; and his daughter Artemis Rose.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home - University Blvd's (4140 University Blvd S, Jacksonville, FL 32216).
