He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Bryan Rhoden and Lillie Mae Rhoden; his siblings, Ray Rhoden, Billy Rhoden, Lois Barber and Alice Berry; and his great grandchild Connor Bennett.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Rhoden; his daughters, Linda Lott, Patricia Frazier (Steve) and Joan Nipper (Leamon); and his brother Elijah Rhoden (Virginia). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
