He was predeceased by: his parents, James Medford and Virginia Medford; his sisters, Virginia Grimes and Linda Woodcock; and his nephew Robbie Simmons.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Medford; his children, Anthony Medford, MiChelle Ridgeway and Jennifer Celani; his children-in-law, Robin Vinson, Brian Ridgeway and Gary Celani; and his grandchildren, Anika, Declan and Eoin Ridgeway. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
