He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar H. Littleton and Jeanette Littleton; his daughter Cyntha Jean Gilmore; his brothers, Edgar C. (Sox), Raymond and Roy; and his friends, Diana and Anna.
He is survived by: his wife Ellie Littleton; and his children, James "Jimmy" E. Littleton (Pat), Robin Padgett and Yvonne Quiett (Philip). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
