It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Franklin Bateman Jr. (Jacksonville, Florida), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on January 13, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Jolan Bateman; and his sisters, Brenda Patrick and Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and other beloved family members and friends.
