The memory of James F. Phelan of Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on March 5, 2025 at the age of 63, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Phelan and Mary Phelan (Mooney); his wife Eileen (Windels); his children, Jimmy (Lanie), Jack, Joey and Kaitlyn; his grandson James (Jim); and his brothers, Paul (Josephine), Michael (Lisa), Richard (Sue) and Tommy (Carrie).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yorktown Funeral Home (945 E Main St, Shrub Oak, NY 10588). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (137 Moseman Rd, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598).
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Cardinal Spellman High School in Memory of James F. Phelan.
