He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Hicks and Edith Hicks. He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Hicks and Leslie Matovina (Greg); his nieces, Aubrey Raisor, Katie Hemingway (Brian), Katherine Matovina (Kamal) and Kimberly Matovina; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Timmy, Connor, JohnMark, Bennett, Carson, Luke, Fatima and Collins.
