Though Jacqueline Rose may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jacqueline Rose touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rose Smelser and Glen Smelser; her husband Floyd A Decker; her sons, Terry M Decker and Dana L Decker; and her grandson Lehlan M Decker.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 10:30 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Arlington Park Funeral Home (6920 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel and Cemetery (6920 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211).
