She was predeceased by: her father Burton "Nick" Polk; her sister Rose "Nicky" Polk; and her grandparents, Eddie and Mattie Carter. She is survived by: her nieces, Jennifer Powell (Ricky) and Pebbles Jordan (Gary). She is also survived by numerous great -aunts, great- uncles, great-nephews and great-nieces.
