He was predeceased by: his son Hugh Rawls, III. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Rawls of Satsuma; his children, Steve Rawls of Fernandina Beach and Anne L. Ruggireo of Satsuma; and his siblings, Gray Rawls of Palatka, John Rawls of Laramie, WY and Beth Fenn of Novato, CA. He is also survived by three grandsons; five granddaughters; one great grandson; and two great granddaughters.
