He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Jackson Alford, Sr. and Ada Jacobs Alford; his brother Samuel Jackson Alford; his granddaughter Sarah Stone; and his son-in-law John Stone.
He is survived by: his wife Rochelle Alford; his sister Margaret Adams; his children, Sue Stone and John R. Alford; his stepsons, Keith D. Dryden and William A. Dryden; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Hill, Dennis A. Dryden, William Clay Dryden, Taylor Alford and Mariah Alford Serrano. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and he is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Morocco Temple Patient Transportation Fund.
