He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Stephens and Alberta Stephens; his wife Zenolia Stephens; his daughter Stephanie Stephens; and his siblings, Kate Smith, Ernest Stephens, Curtis Stephens and Willie Stephenson.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harry Brown Funeral Directors & Cremation Service, Inc. (2719 Edgewood Ave N, Jacksonville, FL 32209). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
