She was predeceased by: her parents, Leopold Kleiner and Teresa Kleiner; her husband Samuel Gardner; and her sister Norma. She is survived by: her children, Keith, Andrea and Kenneth; her grandchildren, Samantha Canty-Gardner, Marshall Gardner, Carrie, Lisa, David Wu, Marielle, Elen and Patrick Gardner; her great grandchild Dylan Canty-Gardner; her nieces, Debbie Favire and Paula Hoffman; and also, Kathi, Vince and Mary.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to BEAM which provides social services in Jacksonville (jaxbeam.org), an organization which Helen supported during her life.
