He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Gay and Ruby Gay (Yeomans); his daughter Lana (Jimmy); and his sister-in-law Terri Williams. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn (Ezzell); his sons, Neil (Laura) and Jason (Debbie); his grandchildren, Amanda, Matthew, Colby, Colton, Kelsey, Rachel and Dewayne (Lissley); his siblings, Joyce, Shirley, Wanda, Linda, Barber, Debbie and Velmer; and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Shiver (Fred) and John Williams. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
