He was predeceased by: his parents, Hulon Tadlock and Carolyn Tadlock. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Tadlock (Dennis); his son Kyle Tadlock (Lee Anne); and his grandchildren, Alex and Kylee. He is also survived by three sisters.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church (800 Hammond Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32221). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Trinity Rescue Mission.
