He was predeceased by: his father Harlan L. Epps Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Myrna Epps; his wife Sheila Epps; his children, Shelley Neddo (Mark), Mitchell Epps (Kaitlin), Rachel Jones (Brandon) and Randy Epps (Kay); and his sister Donna McWaters (Johnny). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great grandsons, and several nieces and nephews.
