He is survived by: his wife Connie Siefken-Hammitt; his brother Robert Kreider (Linda) of Sparta, WI; his children, Dr. Holly Kreider of Sunnyvale, CA, Keith Kreider (Norma) of Fair Oaks, CA, Stephanie Templeman (Ron) of Oregon City, OR, Michael Hammitt (Trisha) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI and Marcus Hammitt (Heidi) of Plover, WI; his nephews, Jeff Kreider (Karen Barton) of Smyrna, TN and Brian Kreider (Jennifer) of Sparta, WI; his brother-in-law Ken Siefken (Jane) of Grand Junction, CO; his grandchildren, Amanda, Jason, Sarena, Carmen, Abigail and Samuel; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Jazlynne and Taylor. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
