Though Haleigh may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Haleigh touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her father Troy Faulk; her sister Sarah Butterworth-Dixon; and her daughter Bailey Wojcik. She is survived by: her mother Carol D. Faulk; her siblings, Shelbie A. Faulk, Brett Deese and Tristen Deese; and her son Alexander Wojcik (Sebastain Wojcik).

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Chapel (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206).
