He is survived by: his wife Joan Elizabeth Polidor of Short Hills, NJ.; his children, Sandy, Guy Jr. (Lori) and Donna (Robert); his grandchildren, Cameron, Robert, Stephanie, Sara (Alex), Catherine, Melissa, Nicolas and Yolanda; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth and John.
