He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Cochran (Hobert) and Lois Cochran; his siblings, Kenneth Cochran and Judy Edwards; his daughter Tessia Elaine Conley; his wife Patricia Ann (Bowen); his daughter Jessica; his granddaughters, Kortney (Stroud), Hughes (Derek), Karysa (Stroud) and Titus (Zach); his great grandchildren, Weston, Lincoln Hughes and Brynnley Titus; and his brother Ronald Lee Cochran (Jean). He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
