He is survived by: his wife Brenda Carter; his children, Mindy Smith (Troy) and Charles Carter (Lauren); and his grandchildren, Reagan, Lila, Colton and Gunner.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home (850 St Johns Bluff Rd N, Jacksonville, FL 32225). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
