She is survived by: her husband Larry Washington; her daughters, Valerie Lewis, Angela Banner and Roslyn McCoy; her grandchildren, Alicia Lewis, Eric Lewis, Darrian Banner, Bryan Banner (Patrina), Travis Banner, Kevin McCoy, Jr. (Breanna) and Justin McCoy; her child Kamal Luqman, Sr.; her great grandchildren, Jalicia Lewis, Kalena Luqman, Kamal Luqman, Jr., Emani Lewis, Darria Banner, Darrian Banner, II, Mia Banner, Darrian Banner, Jr., Bryan Banner, Jr., Treasure Webb, Di'ontae Johnson, Ellie Frazier, Makayla McCoy, Korey McCoy and Kyrie McCoy; her niece Dennine White (Julian); her nephew Nathan Mathis (Ruby); her cousin Betty Stephens; and her close friend Addie Ford.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Northside Chapel of Sarah L. Carter (6665 New Kings Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32219). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Woodlawn Presbyterian Church (3026 Woodlawn Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32209).
