She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis and Norah Bleasdale (Patterson); her sons, Alan Jay Dick and Michael; her grandson Brian Alan Casino; and her siblings, James Bleasdale (Mary), Paul Bleasdale (Lucy) and Betty McCracken (Gaylord).
She is survived by: her children, John Dick of Jacksonville, FL, Terry Shevchenko of Omaha, NE, Diane Tidwell (Denny) of Jacksonville, FL and Nancy Moon (Randy) of Toomsboro, GA; and her grandchildren, Rhonda Clark Hutson, Kara Clark McCoy, Natasha Shevchenko Guerrero, Jeffrey Casino, Stephen Casino, Jay Tidwell, Kim Keen, Jason Nichols and Alan Nichols. She is also survived by 16 Great-Grandchildren, & 8 Great-Great-Grandchildren, many cousins and friends.
