She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Newnan Adams and Kathleen Smith Adams; her husband Jim Cochran; her sister Carol Lynn Adams; and her grandson Matthew Edward Meeks.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Meeks (Eddy), Debbie Deal (Bobby), Tim Cochran (Stephanie) and Cathi Coarsey (Shawn); her grandchildren, Adam Meeks (Shannon), Rebecca Meeks-Harrell (Alex), Jacob Deal, Josh Deal, Courtney Cochran, Chris Cochran, Caden Cochran, Andrew Williamson, Sarah Williamson and Austin Coarsey; her great grandchildren, Abigail Meeks, Mattilyn Meeks, Caroline Harrell and Matthew Harrell; and her brothers, Jack Adams, Wayne Adams and Lloyd Adams.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Gerry.
